Qualification: GRADUATE (Any) (Pursuing can apply).
Responsibilities:
● Screening applicants and their resume in order to check their competency and eligibility as per company’s requirements.
● Arranging telephonic, virtual interviews.
● Scrutinizing background, references and credibility of the applicant.
● Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
● Strong understanding and hold of technical skills and requirements.
● Maintaining a constant contact with candidates to keep apprised of the status of the applicants.
● Act as a point of contact to build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
**NOTE: NEED TO BE PROFICIENT IN ENGLISH COMMUNICATION. **
**NOTE: IT'S NOT WORK FROM HOME AND IT'S A NIGHT SHIFT JOB.**
Basic pay and other allowance:
● Basic salary: 13,000 to 15,000 Per Month (Fixed)
● Traveling allowance: 1,200 Per Month (Fixed)
Duty hours and Shift:
● Night Shift (8 pm - 5 am)
● Monday-Friday.
