Requirement

  • Minimum 2 year of experience

Roles and Responsibilities

  • · The role will be to assist the Branch Manager
  • · Receive calls and emails from prospective clients
  • · Make telephone calls to prospects and fix appointments
  • · Keep accurate and detailed records of calls received
  • · Keep records of visitors to the Office
  • · Send emails as per the requirement
  • · Other Miscellaneous duties as per the organization requirement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Good verbal communication skills in English and local language.
  • Good computer knowledge of MS OFFICE and OUT LOOK
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
  • Outbound & inbound voice calling and customer service experience will be a plus point
  • Minimum Qualification required Graduate
  • Confident, self- motivated personality and team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk: 2 years (Required)
