Roles and Responsibilities
- · The role will be to assist the Branch Manager
- · Receive calls and emails from prospective clients
- · Make telephone calls to prospects and fix appointments
- · Keep accurate and detailed records of calls received
- · Keep records of visitors to the Office
- · Send emails as per the requirement
- · Other Miscellaneous duties as per the organization requirement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good verbal communication skills in English and local language.
- Good computer knowledge of MS OFFICE and OUT LOOK
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
- Outbound & inbound voice calling and customer service experience will be a plus point
- Minimum Qualification required Graduate
- Confident, self- motivated personality and team player.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
