Requirements:
Excellent in English communication (verbal and written)
Typing speed should be 25-30 WPM
Must be graduate in any stream
Good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (US Medical Billing) Provider/Hospital
Minimum 9 months experience as a AR Caller
Good knowledge of HIPAA, CPT codes, Denials Management.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for calling insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
Should be able to resolve billing queries/issues that results in delay of payment.
