The Applicant should have recent work experience with any RPO and should have experience in finding UK-based staffing agencies looking to outsource recruitment process work.
Roles and Responsibilities
· Should be capable of generating leads
· Should be able to make 100 cold calls every day, emailing, reaching out to prospects on LinkedIn and other suitable platforms to build a rapport with the client
· Should be able to schedule at least 4-5 meetings with the manager and help the client understand more about our company.
· Should have excellent communication skills and good listening skills.
· Should be able to find out the client’s pain point and present a solution to the client accordingly.
· Should have excellent experience in selling RPO services.
· Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
· Drafting email campaigns, client proposals, agreements and additional business documents/presentations required for sales/prospecting purpose.
· Should have 2 years or more promoting/selling/marketing to the UK market with outsourcing/offshoring services.
· Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills is a must.
· Good understanding of recruitment life cycle of the UK market.
· Familiarity using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Contact Generation tools and email marketing tools such as Mail Chimp and Constant Contact.
Growth Opportunities
This individual will have immense growth opportunities not just titles/roles or financial growth being few but working with some of the industry leaders and influencers in the Customer Success area. This individual may have future opportunities to travel United Kingdom for business purposes to attend staffing conferences, client meetings/trainings and or meeting Onshore Business Advisors.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
