Sloka - The Hyderabad Waldorf School is the first full-fledged Waldorf school in India. It is part of a wider network of schools and kindergartens worldwide, that follow the philosophy of Rudolf Steiner. Sloka aims to impart child-centred, inclusive, holistic education. Our alumni have excelled in various fields.
In 2023-24, its 26th year, Sloka is planning to extend the high school section to 11th grade.
We are looking for teachers who are passionate about their subjects, can initiate and engage the students in a dialogue on various topics extending beyond the classroom, prepare them to be secular, global citizens, at the same time be connected with their community. We need sensitive, creative and artistic teachers to work with adolescents.
Prospective teachers should have
a B.Ed degree,
a post-graduation degree in the subject and
a minimum experience of 3 years teaching adolescents or young adults.
