- Accurate 'Production Planning & Forecasting, responsible for all Forecasting & Planning for any New Product Launch.
- Oversee all business and activity relating to inventory control.
- Inventory Management, Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
- Collect and summarize the Depot Inventory Report for all depots.
- Responsible for raising Purchase Indents considering Procurement Lead time and ensure that there is no production shortfall vis-à-vis Budgeted/Anticipated Sale at any given point in time.
- Decide on the most appropriate Material Requirement Planning methodology and set up Reorder Levels, Reorder Quantity and Safety Stock levels for the company so as to optimize inventory holding and avert blockage of Working Capital.
- Non moving, Slow moving stock analysis.
- Should be able to identify new products or supplies for regular inventory based on analysis of sales statistics.
- Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
- An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
