Finance Education Counselor

 

We require candidates who have experience in the Financial Education sector.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sr. Education Counsellor to join our organization. As a Sr. Education Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales process and promoting our Financial Education courses to potential leads. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects through phone calls and effectively pitch our offers, aiming to achieve optimal results.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads and engage them in meaningful conversations about our Financial Education courses.
• Respond to all incoming queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Utilize effective sales techniques and persuasive communication skills to convert leads into customers.
• Should be able to articulate the value of the training to B2C clients and maintain a high conversion ratio.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in Education sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
• A passion for the financial industry and the ability to understand and articulate the value of our Financial Education courses.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive skills to effectively close deals.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferable.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
