Job Title: Collection Voice Process Executive

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Collection Voice Process Executive to join our team. As a Collection Voice Process Executive, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have outstanding debts and working with them to develop payment plans or other solutions to resolve their debts.

Responsibilities:

- Contacting customers who have outstanding debts through phone calls and emails

- Negotiating payment plans and other solutions with customers to resolve their debts

- Providing excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures

- Updating customer accounts and recording all communication and payment plans in the system

- Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Meeting and exceeding collection targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO for SSC graduates

- Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO for college graduates

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes

- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills

- Ability to work night shifts

Salary: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
